If we dont stop promoting violence in our music then the world will soon follow Guyanese decision... Just look at what is happening in Jamaica and the only thing our role model artistes can do is sing more violent gun tunes. We need more upliftment in the music industry...not Movado or Bounty telling the young youths to blow off people head with guns...BTW im a Jamaican and i support the Guyanese decision

That is a load of bull crap..People dont kill people because of violence in music, there is violence in music because thats wut the artists see in the society and can relate to. thats what i am saying it aint right. and violence is not the only reason why songs are banned others include sexualt content or remark about govt etc. basically the govt given reggae a fight and we all need to step up and do sumthing.
